Jackie Kain is a new media advisor assisting non-profit organizations with Internet and mobile strategies with emphasis on content development and social media. Previously she was Senior Vice President of New Media at KCET / PBS in Los Angeles, leading the station to numerous awards including the Peabody, Webbys, Japan Prize and Communication Arts for its multimedia projects. She was director of TV/Video exhibition at the American Film Institute. She has worked for Channel 4 in London and was curator at The Kitchen in NYC.

Sasha Anawalt is director of USC Annenberg Arts Journalism Programs, including the Masters degree program in Specialized Journalism (The Arts). She also directs the NEA Arts Journalism Institute in Theater and Musical Theater and the USC Annenberg/Getty Arts Journalism Program. Anawalt wrote the cultural biography, The Joffrey Ballet: Robert Joffrey and the Making of an American Dance Company.

Douglas McLennan is an arts journalist and is the founder and editor of ArtsJournal.com. He is also the acting director of the National Arts Journalism Program and a frequent speaker on issue in arts journalism and changing culture in the digital age.

Troy Witt is president of Take One Productions, which has been creating innovative, high-quality productions and webcasts for many markets for over 10 years. Take One Productions’ shows are used by clients worldwide in multiple media formats including the Internet, television, and DVD. its crews have experience in TV, commercials, theatre, and event production.

Gabriel Peters-Lazaro received his B.A. in Film Studies from UC Berkeley in 2002 and completed his M.F.A. in Film Directing and Production at UCLA in 2007. He is the multimedia lab manager at the Institute for Multimedia Literacy in the School of Cinematic Arts at USC where he also teaches and creates film and new media. His films have screened in festivals and won awards throughout his career. He is also an avid surfer.

Anastasia Shepherd is a freelance filmmaker, photographer, and graphic designer. Shepherd received a BA in Film Production from USC in 2008 and has been pursuing a distinctive career as a starving artist ever since.

Bijan Rezvani is an interactive and video producer with WNET / PBS in New York and worked as associate producer of the online series Web Stories for KCET / PBS in Los Angeles. He studied film and digital media at the University of California, Santa Cruz and is currently a student with the European Graduate School.

Arianna Sikorski is the program coordinator for the NEA Arts Journalism Institute in Theater and Musical Theater, the USC Annenberg/Getty Arts Journalism Program and the Master’s Program in Specialized Journalism (The Arts). She graduated from USC Annenberg in communications with a minor in cinema/television.
